1. Order Cancellation by Customer

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided that the order has not yet been processed or shipped.

  • Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You may instead initiate a return as per our return policy.

2. Order Cancellation by aranoz

We reserve the right to cancel orders under certain circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • Payment issues or fraudulent transactions

If your order is cancelled by us, we will notify you via email or phone and initiate a full refund to your original payment method.

3. Refunds on Cancellations

If you cancel an eligible order within the allowed time frame, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment source.
